ART T.O.S
● Payment comes before (preferred) or after sketch!● I usually change my prices/experiment with them, but don't worry! I don't apply charges if you commissioned me something prior to them.● Turn Around Time (TAT) is of 1 to 3 weeks, it all depends on how complex the commission is and how many commissions have you requested in a certain time.●I won't accept commissions from people under 13, this to avoid any inconvenience or problem with the person's parental figures, for anyone between 14 and 16, please show me proof your parental figure is ok with you buying of the commission!● I usually work earlier on the commissions I got first, if your commission is the last in line, it will take a while to be finalized, for more details please check my queue● Please make sure to credit me when posting your commission online or using it for anything!● I may use your commission as an example for my carrd or post it in my social media, if you don't want me to, please let me know!● Any changes should be done in the sketch fase, minor changes after that phase are free! mayor changes will have an additional cost.● No refunds allowed at the moment! It can only be discussed if the money is required for a serious emergency (with proof).● I am open to commercial work! Art used for promoting a product / event will cost the double of the original price. In case the art is used for anything mass produced, i will charge %25 of how much is gained with the sell of the product. In the case of customs, making a comercial custom will cost the double.● I have the right to refuse your commission if something makes me uncomfortable.● I don't feel comfortable starting friendships with commissioners, please refrain from wanting to start a friendship with me.● I send the final piece via ToyHouse DMs, Discord DMs/Link, Gmail or a Google Drive link for higher image quality.

- Heavy detailed gore (Minor/Mild ok!)
- Pieces depicting real individuals without their consent

ADOPTS/CUSTOMS T.O.S
● After you give me your part of the trade or the money, i will send you the adoptable!● Flat Prices are "First Come First Serve"● You can draw it both anthropomorphic or feral in case the character is an animal.● If you want to humanize or furry them, please let me know first!● Please don't use the adoptable's artwork made by ME for merchandising or others, for that make your own pieces or commission someone else.● I don't send a PSD version by default, if you want that, please DM me. I won't allow you editing my artwork/art file to erase credits though.● I do holds for at least 2 weeks. If it's been more than a month and there's no update in whether you will pay it or not, i will reject your offer.● You can do anything you want with them! Give them clothes, make them characters in your story, make any art you want, etc. Just don't use them for any hate/extreme political speech or problematic content.● For major redesigns please let me know! Minor redesigns are fine and you don't need to ask me about those.● Please do NOT resell the adoptable in a higher price it was originally UNLESS it has new art pieces, physical media, among other things that can make its value higher. Also let me know when you're reselling it and to who.● You can buy the character for someone else!● I don't revoke characters, the moment you buy it, it's all yours and you can use it for anything you want as long as it respects all the rules in this T.O.S, if you break them, then you will be blacklisted.● Fake bidding for bidding adopts will also get you blacklisted.
